Our goal is to restore your range of motion and achieve pain relief as quickly as possible utilizing manual manipulation and various therapies and techniques when necessary. Spinal manipulation is a technique where practitioners use their hands to apply a controlled thrust to a joint of your spine. Techniques employed at our office include but are not limited to: Spinal manipulation , extremity manipulation, therapeutic ultrasound , dry needling, cervical decompression, lumbar decompression, electric muscle stimulation, interferential/Russian stimulation, myofascial release, active release technique (ART), trigger point therapy, flexion distraction, intersegmental traction - cold therapy, stretching/range of motion work, therapeutic exercises, neuro-muscular re-education, nutritional counseling, and posture analysis.
